 Before Placing An Order:

Can I ship International, AK, HI, PR, and etc address online?
All orders to be shipped anywhere other than the 48 continental states will need to call 800-370-1268 before placing their order

Can you ship to my P.O.Box, APO, FPO, and etc address?
No. All Internet orders must be shipped to a physical address.

What forms of payment do your accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover, Money Orders, PayPal and Certified Checks.  Certified Checks are to be made out to Discount Music Center. and sent to Discount Music Center, 3301 Gardenia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32805. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $30.00. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, but you will need to call your credit card company and have them put your alternate address on file before placing your order.

What is your return policy?
We truly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a complete refund of the merchandise price! Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it. All exchanges must be pre-paid, returned in original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner's manual and show no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be re-adjusted to account for Discount Music Center's initial shipping costs. Please call our Shipping Department at 1-800-378-1260 for an RA number and instructions before returning any items. Customer Service is open Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM EST.  No returns, exchanges, or refunds past 30 days.
CDs, DVDs, video tapes, sheet music, books, strings, computer hardware/software, drum heads, harmonicas, mouthpieces, sound cards, microphones, digital and analog recorders, raw speakers, studio furniture, blank CDs/Tapes, turntable cartridges & stylus', Special Order items and Blowout Sale items are not returnable.
Discount Music Center's vendors may not be resposible for warranty repairs on items shipped out of the US.

I'm looking for an item not listed on your web site, what can I do?
Discount Music Center is a full-line music retailer, featuring a massive inventory of musical instruments and accessories. However, certain dealer agreements prevent us from mentioning or selling certain brands or items on our website, even though we sell and stock them. If you have any questions about the availability of a certain product, call us at 1-800-370-1268 and speak to a sales associate.

How can I check stock on an item?
Call 800-370-1268 & a representative will be able to check stock and availability for you.

What are your shipping rates?
Most items over $199.00 that qualify for free shipping will be sent via UPS or FEDEX GROUND at our expense.  Other faster shipping methods are available, however you will need to pay for this service.  Please contact us for assistance in the event you would like next day, two day, or 3 day shipping.

What items include free shipping?
Free shipping will vary from item to item. You will need to call 800-370-1268 for a shipping quote.

What are oversized items?
Oversized items are items that are too large to be shipped by normal means or require additional charges because of size or weight.

How long will it take to ship out my order?
Most in stock orders ship out within 24-48 hours.

Pricing Errors 
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing after an order has been placed for that item, we will: cancel the order, notify the customer & then refund that customer in full. Mispricings will not be honored.

How can I check the status of my order?
Call 1-800-370-1268 to check on your order by phone Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM EST or you can also track your order by logging in to to our automated system by clicking on shipping on the website.

Does shipping time include weekends?
Shipping estimates do not include weekends.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?
Call 1-800-370-1268 and a salesman will research your order. In an attempt to ship orders a soon a possible it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. Special orders and blowout items may not be cancelled once the order has been placed.

What is the average ETA for most backorders?
Most back orders take 2-3 weeks for us to receive. For a more accurate ETA please call 1-800-370-1268 & speak to your sales representative for assistance.

How will I know if any of the items I ordered are on backorder?
You will receive an email from us stating the specific item(s) on your order.

Discount Music Center is located at 3301 Gardenia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32805.  Our store is conveniently located right off of exit 79 (John Young Parkway) and Interstate 4, just 5 miles West of beautiful downtown Orlando.
